RETURNS
You’re welcome to return any product for any reason. We’ll find a solution that works for both sides. If something’s wrong with your order, please send an email to jerdorinfo@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it. To receive a refund, the product must be returned in good condition. I can’t accept returns of items that are damaged. Please make sure to send returns in the original packaging, with insured shipping and a tracking number. This part is really important. Returns must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable. Since I am small artist, I am not able to cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please don’t accept it. All our shipments are insured, so the carrier is responsible in that case. Before sending anything back, always write to jerdorinfo@gmail.com to get the return instructions and confirmation. Once we’ve received the undamaged item, we’ll issue your refund within 30 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.
